- ACCOUNT USE
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. - PLATFORM ACCESS
Access to La Forme’s platform, including fit standards, model profiles, and booking functionality, is provided for professional use only. All materials are proprietary and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside of authorized business purposes. - BOOKING REQUESTS
Clients may adjust bookings through the platform based on model availability, or by contacting La Forme directly.
La Forme reserves the right to adjust or reschedule bookings as needed due to unforeseen conflicts or scheduling considerations. In such cases, our team will contact the client to review and confirm any changes. - BOOKING TERMS
All bookings are subject to a minimum of two (2) hours.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking. Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking. - PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are issued following completion of the session. Payment is due within five (5) business days unless otherwise agreed in writing. - CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, professional working environment for all models. Any inappropriate conduct may result in termination of services and removal from the platform. - FIT STANDARDS
La Forme models are selected and calibrated based on industry-standard measurements and fit benchmarks. While each individual may vary anthropometrically, all standards are developed to support consistency and accuracy in product development. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including fit standards, measurement frameworks, and platform materials, are the intellectual property of La Forme and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent. - TERMINATION
La Forme reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account at its discretion, including for misuse of the platform or violation of these terms. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
La Forme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services. - MODIFICATIONS
La Forme reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
